Behind the Keyboard: The Real Story

Hi, I’m Roman Teodorovych! My journey as a backend developer began while I was still in college. It all started with an internship at Datawiz, where I was assigned to the PlanoHero project. Little did I know, this opportunity would change my life. After impressing the team, they offered me a job, and now, fast forward to today, I’m proud to be the lead backend developer on that very project, mentoring a junior developer along the way.

Over nearly four years, we’ve achieved a lot together, introducing new features and attracting customers from around the world. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’m thrilled to continue pushing the boundaries of what we can accomplish.

When I’m not immersed in code, I enjoy diving into language learning. There’s something empowering about finally understanding concepts that once felt like voodoo magic! I also like 3D modeling and finding ways to make a positive impact in the world.
